During this process, we will keep you updated on the progress and you can still request changes. This ensures that the final artwork will be exactly as you envision it.
After you've confirmed that you're happy with the final artwork, you'll pay the remaining balance. Once payment is complete, we will carefully package and ship it directly to your door. Now, all that's left is to wait for your wool felted pet.
