Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your pet wool felt, kindly reach out to us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your item. We will make every effort to resolve any concerns you may have. Nevertheless, given the custom-made nature of our products and the considerable time invested in crafting each pet wool felt, we are unable to process returns. If you wish to make additional modifications, you can return your wool felted pet at your own cost, and we will carry out the requested alterations.

Order Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it (before we commence work on your project), we will provide a full refund. Cancellations for work in progress will be refunded at 50% of the total price. We thank you for your understanding.

Order Change Policy

If you wish to make changes to your order, please email us at your earliest convenience, ideally within 24 hours of placing the order. We will gladly assist in modifying your order. If it's been more than 24 hours, we may have already begun processing your order, and changes beyond this time frame cannot be guaranteed. However, we will do our utmost to accommodate your request.
